Coronato Announces Upcoming Pop-Up at Botanist and Barrel
The Pizza King, AKA Teddy Diggs, is back at it one last time! The chef-owner of Coronato plans to host one last pop-up event before the grand opening of his pizzeria this summer.
The final pop-up is scheduled for July 12 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Cedar Grove’s Botanist and barrel.
Diggs will be pairing up with Deric McGuffey, a former pastry chef of Chapel Hill’s Il Palio restaurant and current partner with Botanist and Barrel. Pizza. Dessert. Craft Ciders. What else is better than that?
The pop-up will have three scheduled times (5:30 p.m.; 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.) and you can pick your time here.
Tickets are only $5 per person, and only 36 pizzas will be fired up that evening. Your ticket includes a glass of cider and food will be available on site (cash only).
