Chef Kyle Teears will feature the Blended Buck Burger, which will be available to sink your teeth into from now until July 31. This burger includes venison and NC mushrooms blended together with Port Salut mornay cheese, cherry tomato jam and crispy shallots on a brioche bun. Doesn’t that just make your mouth water?

Blending meat with mushrooms will reduce your burgers calories, fat and sodium, while adding nutrients such as vitamin B and D as well as potassium. The mushrooms used in Whiskey Kitchen’s burger are sourced locally from Carolina Mushroom Farm, and makes up one-quarter of the burger’s consistency.
